"Service" refers to the Turf Signal web platform at turfsignal.live, including race-day analysis, AI-powered selections, track work reports, and related content.
"User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses the free or paid tiers of the Service.
"We", "us", or "our" refers to Turf Signal, operated under the laws of India.
"Content" refers to all race-day selections, reports, analysis, post-race autopsies, and other material provided through the Service.
Turf Signal provides horse racing handicapping research and analysis for Indian thoroughbred racing venues. Our selections are generated using a systematic, rules-based AI handicapping model (currently v3.6) that analyses publicly available data including race cards, form history, track work reports, class history, and incident codes.
The legality of horse racing analysis and research is recognised under Indian law. The Supreme Court of India in Dr. K.R. Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu (1996) held that horse racing involves skill and is not gambling per se. Turf Signal operates strictly as a research and information service.
Horse racing involves inherent risk of financial loss. Past performance of the model does not guarantee future results. Published strike rates and statistics represent historical performance and should not be interpreted as a promise of future returns.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that accessing horse racing research content is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
The Service is currently in beta and all features are available to registered users at no charge. Paid subscription tiers may be introduced in the future. Registered users will be given advance notice before any paid tier takes effect. There is no obligation to subscribe to any paid tier.
All Content provided through the Service — including the handicapping model methodology, race-day reports, selection rationale, post-race analysis, and associated data — is our intellectual property and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
Users may access Content for personal, non-commercial research purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
We strive to provide accurate and timely analysis based on available data. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any Content. Race conditions, scratches, jockey changes, and other factors may change after our analysis is published.
The model is continuously updated and improved. Version changes and methodology updates are communicated transparently. Historical performance statistics are published without cherry-picking or selective reporting.
Users agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) share, resell, or redistribute Content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the handicapping model; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract Content; (e) provide false information during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turf Signal and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its Content. This includes any financial losses incurred from wagering decisions made based on our analysis.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Turf Signal and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
