All features are currently available to registered users at no charge. No payment is required and no charges will be made during the beta period. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is published in advance of the paid tier launch for transparency.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation will be self-service via your subscription management link or by contacting us at no-reply@turfsignal.live.
When you cancel, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing period after cancellation. There is no cancellation fee, no lock-in period, and no minimum commitment.
Because Turf Signal delivers digital content (race-day analysis and selections) that is consumed immediately upon delivery, refunds will be handled as follows:
If you subscribe and request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
If the Service experiences extended downtime (more than 3 consecutive scheduled race days without analysis being delivered) due to technical failures on our end, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period. This does not apply to race-day cancellations by turf authorities or periods when no racing takes place at covered venues.
We do not offer refunds based on the performance of the model's selections. Horse racing outcomes are inherently uncertain and the model's strike rate will fluctuate. A losing day, week, or month does not constitute a service failure. Our published track record is available in the Model Performance and Historical Analysis tabs on the platform.
