Refund & Cancellation Policy

Note: Turf Signal is currently in free beta — no paid subscriptions are active. This policy will apply when paid tiers are introduced. Registered users will be given advance notice before any paid tier takes effect.

1. Free Beta Period

All features are currently available to registered users at no charge. No payment is required and no charges will be made during the beta period. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is published in advance of the paid tier launch for transparency.

2. Cancellation (When Paid Tiers Launch)

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation will be self-service via your subscription management link or by contacting us at no-reply@turfsignal.live.

When you cancel, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing period after cancellation. There is no cancellation fee, no lock-in period, and no minimum commitment.

3. Refund Policy (When Paid Tiers Launch)

Because Turf Signal delivers digital content (race-day analysis and selections) that is consumed immediately upon delivery, refunds will be handled as follows:

3.1 Full Refund (Within 48 Hours)

If you subscribe and request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

3.2 Pro-Rata Refund (Technical Issues)

If the Service experiences extended downtime (more than 3 consecutive scheduled race days without analysis being delivered) due to technical failures on our end, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period. This does not apply to race-day cancellations by turf authorities or periods when no racing takes place at covered venues.

3.3 No Refund (General Dissatisfaction)

We do not offer refunds based on the performance of the model's selections. Horse racing outcomes are inherently uncertain and the model's strike rate will fluctuate. A losing day, week, or month does not constitute a service failure. Our published track record is available in the Model Performance and Historical Analysis tabs on the platform.

To be clear: We do not guarantee winners, profits, or any specific financial outcome. Subscribing to Turf Signal is not an investment. A refund will not be issued because the model had a bad day.

4. Common Scenarios

"I subscribed yesterday and want my money back."
Full refund. You are within the 48-hour window. Contact us and we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
"I've been subscribed for 2 weeks and the model went 0/8 today."
No refund. A single bad day is within normal variance. You are welcome to cancel before the next billing cycle.
"No analysis was posted for 4 consecutive race days."
Pro-rata refund for the affected days, provided the missed days were due to a failure on our end — not venue cancellations or non-racing days.
"I forgot to cancel and got charged for the next month."
Full refund if you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and have not accessed paid Content during the new billing period.
